POSTING PRESENTATION We are seeking a Process Control Defectivity Engineer to check, control, and improve the defectivity level of processes and products manufactured in the fab. ST is looking for an engineer with teamwork skills, able to create a positive and professional work environment, and highly motivated to join our team. The role implies investigation and analysis of defectivity trends to identify defects of interest and work with the Fab team to drive improvement plans.
PROFILE REQUIRED Candidates that best fit this role should have/be:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related field of study. Strong communication and ability to work in a team thanks to interpersonal skills. Ability to take initiative on problem analysis and driving for solutions. Interest/background in data analysis. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving to solutions. Interacting and communicating daily with engineering groups inside and outside of the fab, and occasionally with external customers. Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
