Process & Application Engineer

Posizione We are looking for a Process Application Engineer who will be responsible for the design of Emission Reduction Systems, preparation of technical and commercial proposals including cost estimations, technical support to Sales department, technical support and Process Engineering activities during project execution.
Main duties and responsibilities: Process design and basic design of gas and vapor treatment packages in compliance with end user specifications.
Professionally written technical proposals that properly address the technical requirements of the application.
Detailed cost estimate of the equipment in line with the scope of supply.
Participate in technical alignment and other required meetings with customers.
Inspire trust and create a relationship with customers.
Communicate with clients to clarify their technical requirements and scope of supply.
Participate in project Kick-off meetings and HAZOP meetings.
Incorporate customer specifications and requirements into the design of the equipment as required.
Detail process engineering: mass and heat balances, PID, PFD pressure drop calculations, lines and control valves sizing, etc.
Support the Service department during commissioning, start-ups and troubleshooting.
Develop understanding of the environmental regulations and other factors that drive the Market.
Basic expertise: BSc in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental) Be proficient in English language Good command of main software packages (MS Office) Technical knowledge: Good knowledge and familiarity with Drafting and Process Engineering tools Specific competencies: Basis of Thermodynamics Cross competencies: Establish/maintain relationship with peers and leaders.
Communicate effectively and positively.
