About the role: As a Process & Programs Senior Specialist at Boston Scientific, you will be at the forefront of transforming our approach to sales and marketing effectiveness. By leveraging cutting-edge Cloud platforms, you'll drive strategy and innovation, optimizing tools and processes to significantly enhance performance. Your role is pivotal in shifting mindsets and practices around key sales processes and marketing insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making. You'll have the unique opportunity to craft and communicate a compelling vision for how Sales Cloud technology and data insights can revolutionize our operations, making a direct impact on patient care and business success.

Your Responsibilities will include: Cloud Management: Work collaboratively with the Divisional ComEx and Marketing Leads and IT Team to continuously improve the CRM system to optimize customer centricity, enhance functionality for the sales users and maximize reporting outputs. Incorporate feature requests or new tools into product roadmap based on leadership / end user business needs to optimize Sales processes. Support the business and country champion team in their ongoing CRM skill development. Maintain an expert level knowledge of system functionality, configuration, and process. Design and serve as subject matter expert to the local super users for CRM problem resolution. Act as backup for Lead Super Users of other businesses. Ensure quality data processes are in place to guarantee accurate qualitative metrics can be used and maintained. Lead and support key aspects of CRM system implementation (EMEA Key Priorities etc…). Project and Change Management: Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts. Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change. Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan. Sales Analysis, Commercial Productivity: Nurture long-term partnerships with key internal stakeholders to implement, track and report key metrics to drive performance while gathering feedback. Monitor and improve commercial processes: measure process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies, review and optimize processes, deploy new processes effectively thanks to strong communication and change management skills. Develop and maintain processes to capture and communicate key customer intelligence within the CRM system. Work with business and sales operations leaders on processes essential to salesforce productivity: pipeline management, territory management, reporting, sales process optimization. What are we looking for in you? Experience: Senior level (3-5 years) professional experience in positions of responsibility within strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness departments. Expertise: A thorough understanding and wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in the field, with the ability to creatively resolve a broad range of issues. Project Management: Ability to set priorities and independently drive projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing and contributing to multiple projects simultaneously. Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, management, sciences, or statistics. Language Skills: Fluency in English. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP software systems/platforms. Preferably familiar with main statistical analysis software (Minitab/SPSS) and sales and market research data analysis applications. Cross-Functional Knowledge: General knowledge of related disciplines, business unit functions, and cross-group dependencies/relationships. Requisition ID: 587481
