Maybe your future? - Do it This position is a role working within the local Quality Team to lead focused problem solving efforts and teams within manufacturing and design. Particular focus will be placed on resolution of product quality concerns and product warranty issues with electromechanical automotive products. This position will also include coaching and training BCS employees through the use of structured methods to address and resolve complex issues related to manufacturing processes, products and managerial processes. Responsibilities include: Lead teams thru the resolution of specific complex and business critical problems that may arise Support local team as Problem Solving Expert Expansion of Problem Solving capability and capacity in the manufacturing plants and design group Training and certification of employees in the use of structured Problem Solving techniques. Identification and removal of any barriers to problem solving projects success. Preparing and leading project status reviews with Quality Management Teams. Projects assessment to evaluate quality and time. Calculation and forecasting of financial impacts and savings resulting from problem solving activities. Support manufacturing process to analyze and solve quality issues on the production assembly lines. Required Knowledge and Skill Sets: Master and experienced and versed in use of relevant problem solving skills and tools Highly experienced in statistical analysis and use of associated tools, i.e. Minitab, Kaizen analysis High level of attention to detail Structured approach and strategical thinking Experienced in delivering Problem Solving Training to individuals and teams Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) Ability to work independently and also effectively lead teams Customer interface and negotiating skills Experience in electro-mechanical module design and/or manufacturing Strong Minitab, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and skill sets Experience: Minimum 3 years knowledge/experience. Automotive preferred.
