As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will be a part of a growing team.
In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.
Responsibilities:Providing excellent care for our patientsProviding excellent customer service to our patients and family membersCollaborating with facility staff to ensure excellent care for your patientsEvaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and setting measurable, functional goalsTreating patients, answering their concerns, and educating them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomesRe-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care, and resetting goalsCompleting timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notesSupervising Occupational Therapy Assistants
