Private Equity Associate

Our Client, a private equity firm based in Milan, Italy, with a strong track record of investing in high-growth companies across various sectors.
Team is dedicated to creating value through strategic investments and hands-on management, supporting their portfolio companies to achieve their full potential.
They are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in various industries, conducting in-depth market research and analysis.
Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.
Develop and present detailed financial models and investment theses to support decision-making.
Support the management of portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to drive growth, operational improvements, and value creation.
Assist in the development and execution of exit strategies, including preparation for IPOs, M&A, or other exit scenarios.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, portfolio company executives, and industry experts.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken, additional European language will be considered as a plus.
