Private Equity Analyst - Portfolio Management

Job DescriptionLion River - GPE is the department in charge of running the Private Equity ("PE") investments at centralized Group level, including direction, supervision, coordination, and control on all Group PE investments.
The Generali Group PE investments are performed globally, with an allocation plan in rapid growth.The Lion River - GPE Department is composed of 2 Units:Group Private Equity Portfolio ConstructionGroup Private Equity Portfolio ManagementWithin the Group Private Equity Portfolio Management, which is responsible for ensuring active PE portfolio management and performing legal and tax due diligence on new investments at centralized Group level, we are seeking a Private Equity Analyst who will be involved in main activities such as:PE Portfolio management, monitoring, and valuation of the invested PE portfolioPE performance measurement of the invested PE portfolioSupport the Legal Tax Due Diligence on new PE investmentsRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Degree in Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Actuarial SciencesSpecialization in Finance / MA / Accounting would be a plus1 or 2 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, and/or consulting would be a plusGood knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) is a prerequisiteFluency in English, written and spoken, is a requisite.
