What you'll be doing
ThePrincipal Quality & Compliancerole is part of our Italian Legal & Compliance Team and is the main responsible for all Quality, Information Security systems, H&S and compliance matters for the Italian Country.
He/She willbe in charge of managing all internal and external audting activities related to ISO9001/ISO27001, Health & Safety aspects, Privacy regulation (GDPR), Sustainability guidelines and ex Legislative Decree 231/01 compliance. He/She will implement locally global and Europe procedures considering the business needs and legislation in Italy.
ThePrincipal Quality & Compliancerole acts in local and multinational environment collaborating with Italian Legal & Compliance Manager and Europe Governance Risk & Compliance stakeholders.
The main responsibilities will be:
Develop and implement risk and compliance policy, principles and procedures in?country that ensures proactive risk and compliance management practices;
Co-ordinate the implementation of group policies and procedures in country;
Managing periodic internal Group reviews and external auditing provided by certification body;
Conduct external reviews to our third parties and clients;
Conduct research on emerging compliance issues and review compliance related documentation and contractual provisions concerning compliance issues;
Provide information that will ensure the onboarding of new employees and training material that clarifies company policies and procedures;
Provide regular reports on the status of risk and compliance issues being dealt with;
Support RSPP in providing Safety documents necessary to deliver our technical activies in clients's premises ( eg.Duvri, Piano Operativo di Sicurezza);
Conduct H&S Training for new hires;
Monitoring the mandatory H&S training asking update or additional training when necessary;
Support Supervasory Body's (OdV) activities;
Manage the mandatory documents according to regulation Eu 2016/679 - GDPR (eg. client assessments and systems administration appointment);
Assist in providing clients all the data required to confirm that NTT systems are compliant to security rules;
Support Europe Information Security Officer as local point of contact;
Collaborate with Europe Sustainability team in collecting and provide country data for our Sustainability goals;
Fill in clients' s onboarding questionnaires regarding Sustainability, Security, Safety and Quality matters;
Drive all necessary steps required to on-board third parties aligned with our compliance rules.
To be successful in this role you are asked:
Master's degree in Economics, Law or Management Engineering with a specialization in Quality, Assurance and Regulatory affairs;
Solid experience in similar position in IT/ICT company;
Good knowledge of ISO9001and ISO2700;
Knowledge of ex Legislative Decree 231/01 and D.lgs81/08;
Good Risk Managment approach;
Proven experience in managing internal and externalauditing;
Strong ability in analyzing and managing organizational processes;
RSPP role in previous experience (preferred);
Auditor certification ( preferred)
Strong attitude to work effectively in teams;
Client focus orientation;
Innovation approach for continuous improvement;
Problem solving approach;
Ability to communicate with C-levels;
Fluent in English (spoken and written);
Proficient in using MS Office.
