Requirements Please see below the requirements that we typically seek for the position.

If you feel you have relevant experience and qualifications even if they are not a 100% match, then please do apply: Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least 10 years of engineering experience in the required industry.
Excellent leadership skills in Electrical Engineering with ability to handle complex multi-office projects.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proven track record in handling large teams of electrical engineers structured and spread across different offices.
Conceptual, FEED and EPC / EPCm experiences.
Knowledge of international codes & standards: IEC, NEC, ANSI, IEEE, GOST.
Proven knowledge of industry accepted electrical system analysis software such as ETAP and PTW SKM.
Ability to use electrical database, such as Intergraph Smart Electrical and Aveva Electrical, is recommended.
Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and proactive.
Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
Flexible to travel.
