We are currently looking for a Principal DevSecOps Architect to join our team.
Mission: The European DevSecOps Architect will be responsible for the DevSecOps discipline across the European portfolio. This role will be driving best practices across all major assets, reporting into the European Chief Architect.
As part of the European architecture community, the Principal DevSecOps Architect will contribute to the success of the community, support events and processes within the community, share knowledge, and promote team spirit. The role expects great communication and personal skills, as it will engage actively within and outside the European portfolio, towards the other TAA regions, but also other DXG and WK departments (GBS for example).
Responsibilities: Responsible for reviewing and defining the EU standard and best practices on CI/CD, branching strategies, and tooling (i.e., the north star). Set up and maintain automation for tech debt reviews (there's code running in a central subscription for this). Data collection and BI/visualization for tech debt reviews (KPIs like Dora metrics, User count, E2E tests). Automation for repos compliance (integration with ADOs, black duck and checkmarks, data collection, emails, and checks). As part of the ARBs, review and conduct deep dives into CI/CD and branching strategies for local assets. Operation and maintenance of the EU SonarQube instance, along with supporting the teams, troubleshooting issues, liaising with SQ support, etc. Profile: 10-15 years of experience, with substantial exposure to big and complex matrix-based organizations. The person is a natural coach, with strong influencing skills and communication. Fluency in English is a must-have, as the role will be interfacing with all the European teams. Must-have tools and platforms: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, cloud engineering (Azure, if possible another cloud like AWS), CI/CD (building, managing, improving), infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform or any other leading framework.
