Primary Care Behavioral Health Registered Intern

Healthcare Network (HN) has created a Behavioral Health Student Intern practicum program for BSW/MSW students to gain education, training, and applied social work skills within the organization to prepare students to work in an integrated healthcare setting.
Student Intern will receive a stipend for 500 hours of field education to be completed by 5/4/2025.
This is a fully supported grant funded position.
To qualify for this internship, the candidate must: Be a degree-seeking student in good standing within Florida Gulf Coast University's Bachelor of Social Work or Master of Social Work program.
Candidates are not selected on grades alone, but cumulative GPA should be at least 3.0.
Have effective communication skills and the motivation to learn and contribute in an interdisciplinary healthcare setting.
Be committed for the one-academic year practicum program, totaling 500 hours of field education.
Successfully complete the Healthcare Network Human Resources onboarding process.
Field placement tasks will be completed in person/on site at Healthcare Network clinic locations in Immokalee and Naples.
Candidates for hire must complete our pre-employment processing which includes a level two AHCA screening, urine drug screen, and validation of job required immunizations.
