Key Responsibilities:
**Pricing & Positioning**:
- Monitor competitors' catalogs and price lists;
- Monitor omnichannel competitor price positioning and trends;
- Manage Ariston's Italy price list and product positioning in liaison with Product Specialists;
- Monitor pricing leakage vs policy;
- Support Corporate Price Excellence processes.
**Competitive analysis & insights**:
- Market shares monitoring
- Manage insights and external suppliers' data & agreements;
- Drive understanding of competitors' value proposition;
- Identify trends and coordinate with the marketing and sales team.
**Sales performance & forecasting**:
- Sales analysis and gap variances;
- Develop periodical management dashboard and KPI;
- Monitoring of key customers' performance;
- Lead initiatives to enhance revenues and profitability;
- Drive the forecasting process aligning with sales and product marketing.
**Inventory excellence**:
- Coordinate with central planning for stock and phase-in/out monitoring;
- Obsolescence and slow-moving analysis.
