**Princing manager**
**Multiple locations: Turin, Tczew or Bielsko-biala.

The Pricing Manager will partner with the sales and region businessers to deliver insights and drive decision making on critical customer deals to drive margin expansion for the business region.
The main areas of activities will be connected with building a comprehensive pricing model covering all regional businesses, to link topline prices with BoM, manufacturing costs and external markets (e.g.
inflation and commodities).
She/he will drive standardization throughout the organization, coordinating different teams in VG EMEA to meet the needed cadence of price realization to meet or exceed our goals in relation to the inflation recovery plan.
**Main responsabilities**:
- Responsibility for implementation, calculation and analysis of price control
- Working with IT to ensure the creation, maintenance and deployment of all tools required to support standard pricing processes throughout the region, including price list maintenance tools, price control systems in ERPs and analytics tools used for price realization and optimization, reports and dashboards
- Coordinate and complete costing and planning activities with SCM, operations, sales and product engineering.
- Competitive pricing benchmarking analysis and pricing intelligence
- Harmonize pricing processes across different product lines
- Owns price realization target, coordination of the creation and implementation of the recovery plan, then the cadence of follow-up and corrective actions for the region.
Establishes ands monthly country pricing reviews using centrally provided reports and country/customer price analytics including price leakage identification
- Creation & maintenance of lists prices & customer discount structures/groups
- Create & maintain pricing discount Levels of Authority to allow speedy escalation & resolution of pricing requests
- Coordination with Global and EMEA pricing teams for process standardization and pricing strategy alignment.

Requirements**:
- Master Degree in Business Administration
- Fluent in English language.
Italian or Polish are a plus.
- At least 5-6 years working in multinational company with finance experience (pricing experience preferred)
- Experience in Marketing and Sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic multinational environment and matrix organization
- Strong business acumen and sound financial understanding
- Experience business case development, project management and working under deadlines
- Initiative, organizational skills, problem solving and get result mindset
- Analytical techniques for developing research and interpreting data.
- Vehicle Eaton products, market, and channel knowledge is a plus
