Adecco, for a major multinational company operating in the car pooling industry, is seeking a:
Pricing Coordinator About the role:
The Southern Europe marketplace team is responsible for some of the core levers to balance demand and supply. We are responsible for incentives, pricing, product experience, and driver quality. As the pricing owner, you will be responsible for setting and executing the right pricing strategy for our mobility products across Southern Europe. This role calls for creative problem-solving, sophisticated analytics, critical thinking, a desire for execution, and strong relationship-building skills to partner with cross-functional teams.
What You'll do Own pricing and fees for multiple countries in the Southern Europe region. Problem solving: Partner with central and product teams to find the right pricing strategy for every product, season, and market. Project management: Align cross-functional stakeholders to roll out complex solutions in ever-changing environments. Strategic thinking: Set a strategic vision and a path to implement that strategy. Analytics and data-driven decision making: Build comprehensive, data-backed frameworks & models to drive marketplace decisions. Qualifications: Basic: 1-3 years of experience in Business Operations, Product Operations/Management, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or similar with an analytical background. Robust analytical & critical thinking skills, experience with data-driven decision-making, SQL is a must. Demonstrable Planning & Organizing skills. You can create short-term plans and timelines for executing assigned tasks. Communicates status to relevant audience in an efficient format. Fluent in English. Greek, Italian, or Turkish is a plus. Preferred: Understanding of marketplace dynamics, adapting to a constantly evolving work environment, in the context of a fast-growing company. Advanced analytical skills in SQL and Excel/G-Sheets/Tableau. Exposure or interest in Python or other statistical programming languages is a plus. A creative attitude that understands and enjoys experimental design and statistical methods. What we offer: An initial 6-month contract with Adecco and possibility of extension is offered.
RAL: Approximately 40k with a bonus.
