The Italian branch, located in Milan, supports and manages 10 stores across the country.Details of the jobGENERAL ROLEIn close collaboration with the Métier teams and within the subsidiary Communication Hermès team, the Parfums Beauty PR and Influence Coordinator will initiate, develop, and execute effective PR influencer strategies for Perfume Beauty, ensuring strong visibility on Hermès Perfume Beauty launches.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESEnhance, leverage, and strengthen local relationships with beauty press;Pitch story ideas to editors and collaborate on ongoing articles;Work on interviews with in-house perfumer Hermès beauty creative talents;Maintain and optimize the influencer database;Create a loyal community of local key opinion leaders;Discover and build influencer relationships;Execute local programs, events, and press previews;Initiate fresh and innovative ideas inspired by Hermès;Support global events planning;Organize PR samples and shipping of products;Proof-read press releases and translations;Monitor and analyze PR results, optimizing based on feedback;Ensure top positions in Hermès Rankings.PROFILEBachelor's and Master's degree preferably in communication;Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage;Previous experience in similar positions, preferably in a fashion house;Strong fashion sense and cultural awareness;Familiarity with media and social interest;Attention to detail and quality;Proficient with Excel and IT tools;Professionalism, enthusiasm, and teamwork skills.Hermès valuesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills;Team player mentality and ability to work autonomously;Flexibility and dynamism in a high-paced environment;Passion for human values and strong aesthetic sense.About HermèsHermès is an independent, family-owned French house that employs nearly 20,000 people worldwide.
