Press and PR Global Coordinator Description: At OTB Group, we are looking for a Press & PR Global Coordinator to join the global Marketing team of one of our Brands.
They will provide support to the Press & PR team on the deployment of Press & PR projects at a global level, and in particular in the press review, in the daily communication with regional PR teams, as well as with local and international press.
Main Responsibilities: Media and Press Oversight: Support the development and management of all media and press activities for product and corporate initiatives across countries with PR teams or external agencies.
Provide day-to-day assistance to colleagues in subsidiaries to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Media Relations Support: Assist the PR team in managing media relations, organizing press trips, and coordinating features.
Oversee media attendance for all corporate and trade events, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
Brand Activity Management: Support the planning and execution of press and PR activities related to brand initiatives, including product launches, collaborations, and specific product categories.
Ensure all brand and product copies are reviewed and aligned for official releases.
Event Coordination: Oversee the seating plan allocation and front-of-house organization for fashion shows and other key events to enhance guest experience.
Global Release Timing: Act as the lead in orchestrating the timing of global releases across different channels and disciplines, ensuring synchronized communication and maximized impact.
Main interfaces: You will be part of the Global Press & PR team and work closely with: HQ and regional marketing team Logistics department External agencies Sustainability team Licencees team Style office Job Requirements: 3–5-year experience in fashion companies and/or in international PR agencies; bachelor's degree in communication/ marketing.
Passion for the fashion and luxury environment and strong attitude for PR.
Proactive and relationship-oriented team worker, with excellent communication skills.
Accurate and flexible approach to work, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of any other language would be a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Office (Excel, PowerPoint, …).
