Prepare and deliver business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentations, and conducting proof-of-concept to showcase technical feasibility when necessary. Propose technical solutions and oversee the selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solutions to meet customer requirements. Complete technical documents referring to TOR/training/site-reference, etc. Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned. Professional Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry as pre-sales is required, including solid knowledge of network best practices and thorough understanding of TCP/IP, including Proxy/firewall/IPS/endpoint security/APT/SIEM, or understanding of server, storage, cloud, virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, and virtual desktop infrastructure. Knowledge of network security or virtualization, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, and cloud computing. Strong familiarity with mainstream network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Bluecoat, etc.) or mainstream virtualization or hyper-converged solutions (Vmware, Simplivity, Nutanix, etc.), along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of how to troubleshoot technical issues that involve network and Sangfor products. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Vmware VCP, VCAP, or Certified Solution Architect from AWS or Azure, along with proven experience, will be preferred.
