Activities The position involves developing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies to optimize the reliability and performance of industrial equipment.
Predictive maintenance leverages continuous data analysis to estimate the remaining operational life of machinery and components, enabling timely interventions to reduce downtime, enhance efficiency, and minimize environmental impacts: Develop predictive maintenance practices for critical equipment, utilizing techniques such as gas chromatography, electrical insulation analysis, vibration analysis, and more.
Collect, monitor, and analyze operational data and IoT inputs to identify potential or emerging failure modes.
Design predictive maintenance programs using advanced data analysis and machine learning techniques.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate new sensors, monitoring technologies, and organize planned interventions.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor equipment reliability and availability.
Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with production teams, ensuring optimal management of equipment operational hours.
This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Candidate Profile Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in roles related to predictive maintenance.
Strong knowledge of monitoring and sensor technologies.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and trend interpretation.
Fluency in English and Italian.
