Purpose of the Position As part of the Pre-Sales organization in Italy, the Pre-Sales Specialist will support the sales organization in Italy through estimation activities, technical-regulatory consulting, preparation of technical-commercial documentation, and technical-regulatory training aimed at both internal personnel and various stakeholders in the HVAC sector, specifically regarding air conditioning and VRF systems.
Responsibilities Develop VRF projects using dedicated software.Support the sales network in generating commercial offers and related complex technical specifications, also with the aid of technical design software.Create technical-commercial documentation, such as technical data sheets, design manuals, and system diagrams in CAD format.Ensure adequate technical-regulatory consulting for all stakeholders.Deliver technical-regulatory training, particularly focused on VRF, to stakeholders in the supply chain, also preparing specific tools and documents to support this activity.Develop specific tools dedicated to the creation of commercial offers and technical specifications.Support the continuous improvement of pre-sales activities through targeted benchmarking activities.Conduct specific in-depth studies related to themes such as incentives, tax benefits, and sector regulations.Requirements We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
Master's degree or alternatively a bachelor's degree in technical-scientific disciplines (preferably Engineering).At least 2 years of experience in technical-commercial roles in structured companies, preferably in the air conditioning sector or design studies.Previous experience in international contexts is preferred.Knowledge of the HVAC sector and related installation applications, with particular reference to environmental air conditioning and VRF systems.Good command of written and spoken English.Familiarity with the main IT tools.Knowledge of CAD design tools and other design software is preferred.Previous experience in project management will be positively considered in the selection process.Personal Characteristics Strong team working and problem-solving skills.Critical analytical ability.Goal-oriented and flexible in redefining assigned priorities.Strong communication skills and ability to relate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of various natures.Availability for short business trips.What We Offer We are committed to offering competitive benefits for all our employees and to improving our programs as needed.
