You will be integrated into the DFS Italy (LVMH Group) PRC Ambassadors' team and you will contribute to the development of Fondaco dei Tedeschi and the entire DFS network around the world.
PRC Ambassador is responsible for maintaining proper relations with conducted customers.
Closely works with Travel Industry Marketing and Fondaco Store Operations teams, in order to create a smooth welcoming for conducted customers visiting the store and contributing to grant them an unforgettable experience at Fondaco dei Tedeschi.
MAIN TASKS: Maintain and develop the relations with conducted customers Welcome conducted customers Perform briefing session for conducted groups, customizing briefing contents according to their needs Provide personal shopper service to conducted customers if needed Advise customers of our 'After sales Service' facilities Conduct surveys and collect feedback from customers Use WeChat as communication tool to inspire customers sharing products, store promotions and services REQUIREMENTS: Secondary School or High School Diploma, or specializing in hospitality and/or service related industry Prior experience in customer service, hospitality services or luxury brand/boutique Basic knowledge of computer skills is essential Able to work in a dynamic environment Fluent in Chinese, Italian and English DFS is an equal opportunity employer.
