You will be integrated into the DFS Italy (LVMH Group) PRC Ambassadors' team and you will contribute to the development of Fondaco dei Tedeschi and the entire DFS network around the world.
PRC Ambassador is responsible for maintaining proper relations with conducted customers. Closely works with Travel Industry Marketing and Fondaco Store Operations teams, in order to create a smooth welcoming for conducted customers visiting the store and contributing to grant them an unforgettable experience at Fondaco dei Tedeschi.
MAIN TASKS:Maintain and develop the relations with conducted customersWelcome conducted customersPerform briefing session for conducted groups, customizing briefing contents according to their needsProvide personal shopper service to conducted customers if neededAdvise customers of our 'After sales Service' facilitiesConduct surveys and collect feedback from customersUse WeChat as communication tool to inspire customers sharing products, store promotions and servicesREQUIREMENTS:Secondary School or High School Diploma, or specializing in hospitality and/or service related industryPrior experience in customer service, hospitality services or luxury brand/boutiqueBasic knowledge of computer skills is essentialAble to work in a dynamic environmentFluent in Chinese, Italian and EnglishDFS is an equal opportunity employer.
