The engine of our success is the importance and value that we place on the talent and passion of our people leading to their own professional growth.JOB PURPOSEThe chosen candidate will support the Press Office team by collaborating on fashion show activities before and after the event, drafting reports and internal presentations, and providing assistance with daily press requests in a timely manner.RESPONSIBILITIESCollating fashion show accreditation requestsProviding support with press sample ordersResponding to requests, preparing press material for distribution, following up on assigned projects and tasksAssisting with the reporting process and drafting presentationsCollaborating with the team on seasonal gifting activities, inventory, and sample trafficking tasksKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSProficiency in Microsoft Office programs, most importantly PowerPoint and Excel.Fluency in Italian and English.Proactive attitude.Strong interest in fashion magazines and digital media.Timeliness and ability to work against deadlines.Constant attention to detail and precision.
