Graduated in Business Communication, Fashion Design, Economics and Management, Luxury Management, Marketing; 1 years of previous working experience, gained in similar positions at Communications, PR and events corporate offices; Good knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point; Knowledge of Adobe Suite Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign will be considered a plus; Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of French will be considered a plus; Interest and passion for the fashion and luxury market; Passion for the PR Industry and its best practices; If so, apply for this job!
What do we expect from you?
Support in managing and providing materials to external PR agencies; Create and update press kits: press releases, creative images, still lives for each collection/project; Support in product selection, logistics and security of editorial shootings; Physical presence at major editorial shooting; Keep track of all the shootings and PR pitches; Daily archive of the press clippings from DMR; Support in the logistics for all the Press gifts (from seasonal ones to the special ones); Assist in the realization of events and editorial reports.
Refer to the advertising investments to leverage the editorial results; Organize the meeting agenda with publishers and editorial teams.
Support the team during major corporate events (Haute Couture, Design Week, Collection Launches, Fairs and Exhibitions); Assist in the organization of press events, press days and press trips.
support in the coordination of the celebrity dressings WW and related follow up.
