Context and Purpose of the job
We are looking for a PR Assistant who will report to the PR Manager and support the cross-coordination work for Giorgio Armani and Emporio Armani brands.
Responsibilities Support in coordinating international press officesAssist with daily press office activities (image selection, archive research, etc.)Assist in organizing men's and women's fashion shows (seating arrangements, managing media and photographer lists, invitations, related communication strategies)Support with press trips/experiences/special activities with logistical coordinationCoordinate the creation of press releases: from briefing for text drafting, through review and approval processes, to sending the press release to the global press mailing list for store openings, new collection and product launches, events, red carpet and VIP dressingAssist in managing and using platforms like Launchmetrics (for managing seating and lists), Campaygn (for monitoring social campaigns) and Digitar (for internal photo archiving)Monthly monitoring of press coverage (print/web/social) with corresponding updates of best editorial presentations and special GA/EA projectsOrganize and manage the press archive with all the press releases and texts created and distributed over the yearsUpdate the international press communications calendarOffice administration (managing invoices in SAP, handling image purchases and related invoicing)Monitor competitor activitiesPrepare presentations and summaries of results achieved in PR initiatives and internal meetings RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in similar rolesMaster's DegreeFluency in both Italian and EnglishExcellent knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPointGood knowledge of photo editing toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPrecision and attention to detailFlexibilityKnowledge of Launchmetrics, Campaygn and Digitar platforms (plus) We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.
