**Purpose of the **position/responsibility**
- Main responsibilities are to support implementation of PPI Business System to drive continuous improvement through lean and digital transformation.- The PPI Specialist will play an important role ensuring the Productivity targets are reached and the PPI activities for the Site are successfully driven through a collaborative challenge and a support to the SLT and others site departments.- Assignments, specific/primary activities:
- Support E2E Operational Excellence and encourage all colleagues to continuously optimize their processes.
Establishes a Lean Culture ensuring that all employees become more involved in the PPI initiative
- Support site Digital transformation strategy, driving the Operational Excellence influence on Industry 4.0.
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement events (such Kaizen, VSM, Workshop) in order to reach the efficiency and productivity targets
- Act as an internal consultant for sharing and implementing Best Practices.
- Assist in the education and training on operational excellence principles.
- Monitor performance, and participate to performance reviews.
- Education- Master degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics or Business- Technical knowledges:
- Analytics Thinking
- 2 years + of background in manufacturing environment, with proven experience of continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- 2 years +of demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting the predefined quality requirements.
- Good knowledge of statistical tool
- Experience in Digital Transformation and Digital Solutions preferred.
