We are looking for a dynamic Power Distribution Global R&D Manager to join our team in Milan HQ.
In this pivotal global role, you'll collaborate with HQ and regional R&D, Operations, and Commercial leaders to drive technology cross-fertilization and support inter-company transfer projects.
You'll partner with industry leaders to deliver projects aligned with our Power Grids 2024-2028 growth plan, facilitate knowledge transfer to regional teams, and spearhead our sustainability, innovation, and NPI roadmap.
