Power Discrete Transistor Designer (M/F)

Job descriptionOur department deals with the development of new technologies and new products in the field of power transistors at the design center in CataniaWe are looking for two young engineers or physicists who have a good knowledge of semiconductor physics, preferably power electronics, recent graduates or who have already gained a few years of experience in similar contexts.After having gained basic experience, the candidate will take care of developing the technology and the related product from feasibility study up to its commercial maturity.The candidate will be placed in a team with a supervisor and will be adequately trained.The work is carried out in collaboration with other teams and functions such as testing, front-end, applicationslaboratory, quality departmentThe candidate will take care of the development from feasibility study up to complete qualification and production.This is a team work, coordinated by a supervisor.
The activity is carried out in close contact with other departments:
front-end, product engineering, quality department and technical marketing.
Profile The candidate must be a graduate in electronic engineering or in physics.
Must have a good knowledge of semiconductor physics and power electronics and have the right attitude to work serenely in a team.Preferred knowledge:
