Responsibilities/Activities Market analysis of equipment used for crop care and sowing.
Investigation of the possibilities of operational extension of current systems.
Design of new systems (structure, sensors and actuators, pressurisation/liquid delivery systems, preparation of the control system).
Design and execution of experiments aimed at the operational and energy characterisation of existing and under-development systems.
Interfacing between academic and company counterparts.
Qualifications/Requisites (Compulsory requirement) Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Energetics or Mechatronics or Chemistry or Materials; indicative degree classes in the Italian university system: LM22-LM25-LM30-LM33-LM53).
(Compulsory requirement) A PhD (possibly in the same subjects mentioned above).
(Compulsory requirement) Not more than 40 years old on the date of participation in this call for applications.
(Preferential requirement) Experience in the Agromechanical Sector is preferred, although not compulsory, and an inclination to study new machinery that also has environmental implications.
Economic Remuneration Gross amount of the scholarship: 47,019.00 EUR for 22 months.
