Postdoctoral Position in RNA Biology: Human Technopole is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral candidate to join a collaborative research project between the Soskic and Legnini groups. The successful candidate will conduct research in RNA biology in B cells with a focus on posttranscriptional mechanisms controlling B cell differentiation, immune-activation-induced control of RNA splicing, and stability and degradation of antibody RNAs.

PhD in genomics, immunology, cell biology, biochemistry, or other relevant disciplines (or PhD to be awarded by January 2025)Fluency in English

Designing, performing, and analyzing genomic experiments (e.g., scRNA-seq, CLIP-seq, FLAM-seq) related to B cell biology and antibody productionDeveloping innovative approaches to investigate gene expression regulation in B cellsGenerating and recording data, protocols, and/or codes for publicationPublishing reproducible researchInteracting and supporting other group membersSharing and discussing research results with collaboratorsPresenting scientific results in international meetingsHow to Apply:
