When : The position is available starting immediately. The duration of the contract is 1 year, subjected to yearly revision. What : The Post-doctoral researcher will be involved in an exciting project that aims of developing new therapies for inherited metabolic diseases. Salary : The salary will be based on their previous experience(gross annual amountrange24.000€-33.000€). Candidates coming to Italy for the first time, or returning after residing abroad, may take advantage of very attractive income tax benefits.
Essentials : Candidates should have a PhD in Biology or a related discipline. Skills in cellular and molecular biology are required. Mouse expertise will be a plus. The ideal candidate should be strongly motivated and able to work in a research team. Excellent technical skills and the ability to think independently and as part of a research team are highly desired. Records that show applicants ability to be funded will be positively considered.
