To enhance its Team, Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized and enthusiast Post-Sales Customer Relationship Intern to join our Team in Milan.
What will be your key responsibilities? Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound inquiries and requests with accuracy and a personal touch to provide a tailor-made customer experience.Take care of issues that may arise after the order is confirmed (e.g. delays), during the shipping process (e.g. customs clearance), and after the order is delivered (e.g. damage, returns, non-compliant items).Proactively reach out to valued customers to offer a luxury customer experience and foster long-term loyalty.Liaise with suppliers to identify the best solutions for our company and our customers.Cooperate with other departments (Logistics, Order Management, Marketplace, and IT) for cross-team matters related to Post-Sales activities.Provide insights to evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiatives.
