Job Summary As Post-Listing Advisory Associate Italy, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of listed companies. You will work closely with equity issuers to understand their Investor Relations and ESG needs and provide tailored solutions using Euronext Advisory & IR Solutions services. This position involves assisting C-level managers, IR and ESG teams of listed companies who are looking to enhance their presence in capital markets.
Key Accountabilities Lead Execution of Advisory Services: Manage the delivery of high-quality advisory and analytical support for clients in accordance with the standards of the Advisory & IR Solutions team. Advisory and Analytical Support: Provide comprehensive advisory support and analytics for clients, including studies, presentations, market surveillance, and investor identification. Client Retention: Retain clients by delivering high-quality services and fostering productive relationships. Knowledge, Skills and Experience At least 5 years of client-facing experience in capital markets. Deep understanding and interest in the dynamics and mechanics of capital markets. Successful track record of performance in investor relations and/or ECM advisory. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Fluency in French or Dutch is a plus.
