For Luxury Brand we are looking for the Client Engagement Director is responsible for overseeing Gucci's interactions with customers across various platforms and touchpoints.
He/she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement, elevate customer experience,acquire new clients and foster customer loyalty.
This role has tocombine the customers' goals with the business's goals to form a cohesive, data-led plans and processes, able to ensure scalability and sustained growth.
He/she works closely with the Marketing & Communication, Retail and Customer service departments to ensure a unified and positive customer experience through the entire customer journey.
Driven by customer behavior analysis and by the effectiveness of customer engagement strategies, he/shebuilds and maintains client relations, fostering long-term relationships.
The Client Engagement Director plays a key role as a bridge between the clients and the company, translating client feedback into actionable insights to drive improvements for all the organization.
He/she will focus on elevating and enhancing luxury experience and mindset within the company.
Minimum 15 years of experience working in Customer Engagement field, leading a team with proven performance and specific revenue goal achievement.
Experience in Luxury business forminimum 10+ years An MBA or related graduate or post-graduate degree is ideal, with a technical undergrad degree being an added advantage.
Customer success courses and certifications are nice-to-have, but experience in the field is much more important Deep understanding of Luxury and Fashion businesses Expert communication skills and the ability to hold C-level customer conversations that drive business for both parties and move the relationship forward.
Strong goal-oriented mindset backed by expert-level project management knowledge and skillset.
Advanced business experience and ability to create strategies, guidelines, and objectives and implement them while driving business growth and creating data-driven reports.
