Position: Risk Analyst -International Fund for Agricultural Development (Deadline July 2024) Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Banking, or other relevant areas.Alternatively, a first university degree with four additional years of relevant professional experience.Experience:At least two years of relevant professional experience in risk management.Knowledge of inter-agency relations within the UN System is an asset.Languages:Excellent command of English.Desirable: Good command of Arabic, French, or Spanish.Skills:Knowledge and experience in risk management practices and analysis.Understanding of risk landscape for International Financial Institutions (IFIs).Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Technical research skills and innovative solutions identification.Ability to share technical guidance and inspire junior specialists and program staff.Other InformationIFAD staff are international civil servants subject to the authority of the President of IFAD.Positions are subject to geographic mobility.New staff members are typically placed at the first step in the grade level.Candidates may be required to take a written test and deliver a presentation.
