Contribute on the Strategic product planning vision, Thinks strategically, anticipating future challenges and developing proactive solutions.Ensure that product roadmaps (R&D and Technology roadmap) are done in time and with the correct qualityEnsure that Research & Technology Activities are in synergies with R&D activities, covering all the phase of the product development.Manage performance of resources in the Department, provide continuous feedback to ensure growth of the resources. Delegate tasks, assign goals, and legitimize responsibilities effectively while monitoring and managing team workloadResponsible for training plan for resourcesBe the custodians, ambassadors and promoters of corporate culture and strategy.
