Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will work with large-scale retailers to enhance the in-store shopping experience through signage, navigational décor, printed materials, and POP/POS displays. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in relationship building and selling not-for-resale products to B2B retail customers. Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach and the ability to prospect and secure new customer relationships. POP/POS Territory Sales Manager (B2B Signage, Displays, Retail Design) Responsibilities • Support retail customers with a consultative sales approach to address business needs
• Sell promotional displays (POP/POS), signage, and navigational décor to retail B2B customers
• Engage in continuous prospecting and business development
• Manage key accounts and nurture long-term partnerships
• Allocate a minimum of 25% of your time for in-field activities (store walks, customer visits...)
• Identify retail trends and promote service capabilities
• Accurately record account information in the CRM system
• Ensure timely follow-up on marketing efforts and activities
• Attend weekly team meetings to review customer projects
• Qualify leads that come through email campaigns and lead-generation tools
• Coordinate geographically based client visits to anchor accounts & nearby businesses
• Optimize strategies for both short and long-term success
• Oversee project management from initiation to completion
POP/POS Territory Sales Manager (B2B Signage, Displays, Retail Design) Qualifications • 3+ years of B2B Sales experience is required
• Retail design experience selling not-for-resale items directly to retailers is required
• Sales prospecting and business development experience is required
• Experience using a CRM to track sales activities is required
• Ability to travel 25%-35% is required (mix of airline & car travel, 1-2 nights at a time)
