This role is instrumental to our organization, as it involves managing both our office-production population in Italy and the expansive EMEA retail network. You will lead a team of HRBPs for a scope of 6 countries.Your Opportunity:Codesign and implement the People agenda aligned with the company's overall objectives, ensuring business growth and employee engagement.Be a strategic partner and a coach to managers to enhance their team motivation and performance.Ensure the efficiency of the talent acquisition and development approach.Get the most out of people discussions to identify and support talents in their professional growth.
