Our Mission We are currently looking for an Events Intern to join our Event Department in Milan.
Your Opportunity Assist the team in coordinating the creative agencies from the briefing phase to the project developmentCoordinate suppliers and production processes linked to eventsWork with and support the Event Team on specific institutional/brand event requestsManage and keep track of the events inventory as well as coordinate the logisticsSupport the Event team tracking all the costs and all the invoices related to the events budgetSupport the Commercial team (Retail & Wholesale) to manage and organize the events in Italian and foreign markets according to the marketing plan and annual objectivesCoordinate PR events and manage mailing listsWho you are: Master's degree, preferably in economics, communications, foreign languagesA previous professional experience gained in a similar role is highly preferredOrganizational skills, budget management, ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines and flexibilitySpirit of initiative and curiosity for young trends (music, influencers, celebrities, locations, etc), keen eye for detailsGreat knowledge of Office suite (Excel and Powerpoint)Great relational skills; ability to work independently as well as in a teamFluent in English and Italian – both written and spoken.
