The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution and management of various trade marketing activities, including budget monitoring, sales tools management, B2B marketing direct mail (DM), Digital Asset management, sales teams' coordination, and tier 2 event planning. This role supports the company's trade marketing efforts to enhance brand presence, drive sales, and maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners worldwide. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration & Operations: Budget Management: Control and monitor the Trade Marketing Budget and Entity Budget. Oversee RDA / CoA / DoA processes. Request quotations from suppliers for branding materials. Website & Digital Asset Management: Update the store location section on the website. Redirect Archiproducts, Architonic, and Stirpad requests and manage assets. B2B Communications: Disseminate product updates, price lists, organizational changes, and marketing information. Conduct B2B surveys (Customer Satisfaction, Feedback on new collections). Incentive Bonus System Management & Commercial Agreements: Manage and coordinate the incentive system, including agreements, bonus calculations, and quarterly provisions for the finance department. Oversee COOP ADV budgets per client. Coordinate agreements with partners and agencies. Promotion Development& Data Analysis: Analyze and report BI data for the Sales Manager and VP Sales. Support for commercial promotions. Training Support: Assist in organizing training sessions (Digital Academy and visits to Tolentino). 2. Events & Corporate Identity: Support local marketing team in planning plan and execute tailored events for dealers and DOS. Support during the renewal process for existing stores or new openings. 3. Sales Tools & Contents: Gather and analyze sales tools and market needs forecasts. Manage order entry and monitor sales tools and branding materials. Manage market requests for advertising pages, digital assets, and other dealer marketing activities, handle requests for business cards. Coordinate digital COOP ADV campaigns. Create and develop digital kits for partners or sales force. Education and experiences: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proficiency in data analysis with BI. 3-4 years' experience in a similar role Skills and abilities: Excellent organizational and project management skills.
