This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. You will get the chance to: Plan, monitor, and control Enterprise Architecture projects;Verify the adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality of deliverables;Draft and share clear periodic reports for Management;Supervise activities' compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards;Facilitate the definition and management of corporate architectural principles;Identify project-related risks and opportunities;Coordinate the definition of the project portfolio and architectural roadmaps.What will help you succeed: At least 5 years of experience in a PMO role with proven knowledge of Enterprise Architecture management;Familiarity with operational processes, technology platforms, and regulatory requirements of the Insurance industry (preferable but not mandatory);In-depth understanding of platforms and frameworks used in the Insurance industry (preferable but not mandatory);Analytical and problem-solving skills in complex contexts;Excellence in structuring and managing communication between different stakeholders;Fluent English knowledge;Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, and TOGAF (for the Architectural Enterprise environment) will be considered a plus.At Globant, we believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
