Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilitiesThe Reciprocating Compressor (RC) Team is working on the growth of the historic product line, aiming to take it to the next level. We believe in the power of data to drive strategic decisions, and that's where you come in!
We need a proactive and energetic individual to:
Become the go-to expert for all quantitative and qualitative analysis related to Reciprocating Compressors projects, for DTI, ITO, and OTR phases.Guarantee completeness and accuracy of data related to RC opportunities, working closely with all the relevant functions, including Sales, Technical sales, DTI, Application Engineers and CommOps.Build a reliable analytical infrastructure to keep everything running smoothly and updated.Collaborate closely with departments like Finance, OTR, and others to ensure accurate and timely data flow.Manage the business cycle - 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.Define KPIs to measure performance in all areas of the organization - mfg., R&D, ENG, supply, commissioning. Analyze performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.Develop regular redesign of Operating Mechanism and processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement is expected taking into consideration broader functional context.Support management in the function and/or in the business to drive strategic initiatives.Be involved in Ad hoc projects.Required QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a degree in engineering, economics, or finance.Be proficient in managing data, metrics, reporting.Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at the executive level.Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills.Have previous experience with documenting, planning, reporting, and executing programs.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
