Pmo Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Direct and lead the activities of the PMO in ItalyProvide guidance on processes and procedures to the Project Management teamSupport Project Governance by attending and supporting regional Project Status reviewsTrack project schedules and budgets, and highlight any risk and issues that needs to be managedProvide reporting and information to the regional senior management team.Carry out project reporting and project administration under the direction of the Program Manager/PSD/Delivery Director.Design and implement new PMO processes and procedures.Support change management processes for the country.Improve and streamline project management tools (e.g. Project status, Scope changes, Resource allocation and availability, Projections, Budget vs Expenditure)Maintain documentation library or database to define standards, examples, project documents & electronic Project FilesOversee resource management including availability and allocationConduct audits and health checks on projects under the direction of the PSD/Delivery DirectorSupport internal systems related to delivery functions: JIRA/Confluence/MS Project Online/ WorkdayQualifications:Over 3 years of working within a PMO function or consulting environmentProven ability in fast learning of specific requirements of complex operationsGood awareness of project/program management methodologiesExtensive experience with Project Office Support toolsPersuasive and effective communication skillsIdeally familiar with the healthcare sectorSTAGE CURRICULARE - PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER-ANALYST Senior IT PMO Consultant - Technology Consulting Financial Services[CNS]#J-18808-Ljbffr
