Pm It E-Commerce/Omnichannel (Bim)

We need a **PM IT e-commerce/Omnichannel**.
- Significant experience (>7 years) on project governance of ecommerce implementation initiatives within retail industry:
he/she shall lead the E2E governance of the ecommerce implementation of a whole country
- Significant experience, detailed on the CV, on omnichannel programs
- Good standing, to face CXO levelsProject management activities:
- Participate in required discovery and functional workshops
- Define and manage the project plan with timelines, dependencies and responsibilities of the in scope implementation activities
- Keep full control on project scope by monitoring client's need vs project timeline and budget
- Support the Program Leadership on managing the project budget
- Shares plan, including risks and opportunities with Program Leadership and agreed on a mitigation plan if required
- Ensures monitoring of planned activities and alignment of IT & Business key stakeholders on project status
- Participates in daily stand up, weekly and monthly reporting to the Program Central Governance
- Proactively communicates to the Program Leadership potential delay in the plan execution or potential areas of risks to be addressed
- Acts as a demand manager collecting and communicating to the Core Team required improvements not yet included in the list of the future enhancements
The project will have an international outlook and a likely further team growth.
The place of employment is in Padova (it is requested the on-site presence of at least 2 days a week).
Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills are also required.
Fluency in the Italian and in the English language is a prerequisite.
