PLM lead Contract Type Permanent Country ITALY Location Parma Your opportunity The PLM Senior Program/Project Manager will serve as a comprehensive partner to the business community, employing an integrated approach to processes, data, and systems across various functional groups and sub-groups 1.The ideal candidate for this role should possess deep knowledge of machinery industry processes, enabling them to act as an active thought partner and application visionary who shapes the technology demand within the business community.The position will report to the Business Partner Manager for the Idea to Product domain .Your Mission As a member of the PLM Core team, this position will bring value to the PLM program and DT&T projects by developing a robust roadmap for Digital PLM platform implementation in alignment with the IT strategy 1 .Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or related engineering field +7 years of experience in designing and implementing core Product Lifecycle and Data ManagementPLM business process experience including Engineering release, configuration management, EBoM and MBoM managementExperience with building and delivering large scale, on-premise, and cloud-based enterprise solutions across multiple companies of group.Experience with application integration and specific experience with integrating:xCAD/CAM with PLMSystems Engineering systems with PLMEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with PLMManufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with PLMExperience with model-based engineering (MBE).SAP, Siemens Teamcenter and Solidworks skills are mandatoryTeamcenter Certifications & SAP Certifications are well appreciated.Leadership skillsEnglish fluent in written and spoken
