DescriptionSUMMARYThe Casino Host Coordinator is the first point of contact for invited guests and VIPs and assists the Casino Hosts to create a great experience for all TRCR guests.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides the highest level of guest service by greeting guests individually with a positive, pleasant and cheerful demeanor.Assists in resolving guest conflicts and complaints in a fair and equitable manner.Develops lasting relationships with guests each time they visit the Casino Host office.Makes decisions regarding valuable complimentaries based on a consideration of recorded play, earned points, comp availability and customer profitability.Assist Player Development Manager with running reports to monitor guest activity.Maintains the confidentiality of player information including but not limited to personal information such as name, address, contact information, level of play, wins, losses, number of visits, etc.Develops in-house invitation lists for special events.Develops and maintains technical skill to maximize use of Patron data systems.Responsible for the inventory of snacks and drinks, reordering when needed.Responsible for keeping the office clean and inviting to our guests, including decorating seasonally and for Holidays.Uses creative skills to assemble flower arrangements and decor for the Host office and for special guest events.Regularly reviews s Hotel policies to ensure compliance when completing check in activities in the Casino Host office.Responsible for daily mail collection, distribution and follow up with guests as needed.Demonstrates proactive, spontaneous, "above and beyond" approach to guest service.Assists with cabaret entertainment, VIP Birthday parties and events as needed.Maintains awareness of and effectively communicates to guests and staff all promotions, events and programs.
Assists in resolving guest opportunities, conflicts and complaints in a calm, fair and courteous manner.Actively follows all guest complimentaries guidelines.Ensures work phone calls are answered professionally and messages returned within three hours.Other duties as directed by management.WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, Team Members may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke, including regular exposure for those working on the casino floor.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can occasionally reach a high level for short periods of time.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours.Must be able to carry, reach, twist, bend and squat frequently.Must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed.SERVICE COMMITMENTS - Exceptional Guest Service is key to the success of Three Rivers Casino Resort and each of our Team Members.

Your commitment will help us meet our Purpose.EVERY DAY, WE DELIVER UNCOMMONLY KIND EXPERIENCES THAT CONNECT PEOPLE TO THE COAST.RequirementsEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND ELIGIBILITYMinimum age requirement for this position is 21 years old.High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Intermediate understanding of computer programs, including all windows applications required.Possess or obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.Must participate in Title 31 training one time per year.Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally, in writing or by other acceptable means.Comply with pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.Receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays based on the needs of the department and for special casino events.
