Plant Supply Chain Manager

A Glimpse of the Role: Job Overview: You will provide leadership, direction and ensure strategic deployment of materials management within the Line of Business assigned and its Manufacturing Sites and its production line(s). You will be responsible with SI&OP forecast management and review, development of materials and resources planning. You will work closely with Sales Operations and Demand Management, Procurement and Logistics. Your Core Responsibilities: Performs Monthly SI&OP reviews with demand management; Factory master planning (material forecast and resource planning); Special project long lead time materials planning; Monthly backlog and delivery planning; Weekly backlog reviews; Inventory Planning; Material Strategies (a plan for each item/delivery frequency); KPI review (RDSL, PDSL, ITO, etc.) including corrective actions. In order to be successful in this role you will need to have: Education: Engineering or Business Management; Experience: Minimum 4-5 years with increasing responsibilities within Operations and Materials; Preferred ASCM, CPIM or CSCP certification (APICS); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Fluent in English; Well-developed interpersonal skills; Computer and software applications skills required; Proactive and high-energy style.
