Purpose of Position: Coordinate and manage the control and quality assurance activities of the production site, both within the departments and through the planning activity, to ensure that raw materials, processes and finished products reach and meet the established standards.
Description of main Activities / Responsibilities: Monitor business processes to verify protocol application and compliance with predefined procedures Planning and conducting quality control activities and internal inspections Coordinating and supervising the analysis of raw materials and products Working together to produce data sheets of incoming raw materials and processed products Analyze and process customer satisfaction and customer quality data Evaluate external suppliers and make sure they comply with technical quality requirements Report regularly to the person responsible on the progress of the quality management system in order to achieve the KPIs Training staff on: quality, hygiene, food safety, food security, etc.
Education: Master's degree in Food Science and Technology Professional Skills: Knowledge of food technology, in particular BRC, IFS or similar quality standards Knowledge of current food industry legislation Ability to use the main analysis tools in the food analysis laboratory Knowledge of production processes in an industrial context Experiences: 3+ years of experience in quality department within food sector Language Skills: English proficiency Computer Skills: MS Office Behavioural requirements: Excellent analytical skills Preparation for the autonomous management and organization of work Good communication and relationship skills Analytical and time optimization capabilities Ability to work in a dynamic context #J-18808-Ljbffr
