6 giorni fa Supply Chain On-site Leaders Plant Quality and Food Safety Lead The Plant Quality and Food Safety Lead is responsible and accountable for implementation and monitoring QFS requirements. Supervise and direct quality assurance technicians who are responsible for enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices and other quality-related policies in order to meet product quality standards. Support Plant QA Manager to provide technical knowledge, set up of new process in plant, FSMS and GMP re-enforcement, develop capabilities to conduct & manage proactive trend analysis, process control, to ensure highest product quality to consumers through Quality & Food Safety Excellence and contribute in creating an "Always Ready" organisation in the Plant by achieving best in sector Quality performance. Main Responsibilities Ensure implementation of Quality assurance program based on KORE, ISO 9001, 22000, CCH, Local regulation, MEL HACCP team member that contributes to the RCA, Risk assessments and Food Safety Culture risk approach Lead QC team members (quality control, incoming control and sensory evaluation) Develop and Engage our People related to QFS area Responsible for continuous follow up, analyses and improvement of QC/QA processes and routines that impact product quality/food safety and workflow management Review Production Batch Records and other manufacturing-related documents to verify compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities. Raise Non-conformities and Raw Materials non-conformities Coordinate Trials in collaboration with production team (introduction of new products, new packaging materials, new suppliers etc.) Responsible for the laboratory- laboratory instruments and efficiency of controls Key User- Raise of Incidents and SPC, SAP troubleshooting, Master Data creation Actively participating in the housekeeping and cleaning program of the plant Responsible for management of customer and consumer complaints process- assures effective handling of customers/consumers' complaints and communication according to the QA procedure. Implementation of policies and programmes Support manufacturing, engineering, logistics and quality area to Implement all Quality and food safety policies and programs Participate in housekeeping, GMP, audits of the plant Prepare validation protocols according to requirements. Provide instructions on Quality assurance requirements related to prerequisite process, monitoring of incoming process, quality and food safety process, and Sensory process Support to Plant Quality and Food Safety Manager and Plant Quality Assurance Specialists in evaluation of hazards analyses and risk assessment process (HACCP/HARCP) Responsible and accountable for communication with external stakeholders and suppliers Support Plant Quality and Food Safety Manager in preparation of budget, resourcing, stock management and cost control of QA laboratory Responsible for time management of QA department Monitors the performance of team members within the context of executing the allocated QA tasks. Organize Regular QA/QC meetings to evaluate performance. Participate in plant meetings Prepare sampling plan, monitor implementation, perform trend analyses and CAP Supports the management of internal and external audits conducted at the plant. Monitor plant non-conformity process, trend analyses and CAP efficiency. Support all part of ICSC (manufacturing, logistics, WH improve standards and processes, provide training for their team members). Support Plant Quality and Food Safety Manager during internal and external Audits Regular reporting and follow up on actions including trend analysis Develop training related to quality assurance, incomings, sensory, QC Closely cooperate with plant team and central Quality team to ensure continual improvement process through Always ready principles Responsible for monitoring, follow up on actions including trend analyses for related to Quality and Food safety area Support for implementation of BRA and FRA process, including training and documentation where needed to support (validation, verification, risk analyses) Continues improvement opportunities collection in quality area and follow up Technical Skills Required Proficient in Quality Systems Management; ISO, HACCP, TCCC.
