What You'll Be Doing We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Quality Assurance Manager for our Padua Plant.
Within the Quality Team, the main purpose of the role is to develop and implement Quality Control Procedures of the Plant.
Your Activities Will Include Develop and Implement Quality Control Procedures, creating and maintaining quality control systems to ensure food safety and product quality.
Conduct regular inspections of production facilities and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards, managing also the respect of the legislative prescription and communication to proper offices.
Train staff on quality control processes and procedures.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.
Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues that arise.
Develop and deliver effective communications to keep all stakeholders informed about quality assurance standards and updates.
Be responsible for the productivity and quality of the work carried out by the packaging, microbiological, and analytical (chemical/physical) laboratories, managed by the Plant Laboratory Supervisor.
Ensure that the finished product released to the market complies with all the required quality standards.
Manage the Wastewater Treatment plant in terms of quality and process.
Who We're Looking For Master's degree in biology or chemistry.
Almost 5 years of experience in the same role.
Excellent knowledge in microbiologic and analytics methodology.
Experience in Certification of Quality & Environment System.
Proficiency in English and Italian - written and spoken.
Capacity to work in a team and manage complex situations.
Strong determination and results-driven.
