For the Plant of Veronella (VR) we are looking for a:Plant Manufacturing ControllerThe person is Responsible to support Purchase, Plant and Operation function, through data analysis and reporting, helping them to achieve results and manage correctly and efficiently the product value stream.In particular, the person will manage the following activities:-Supports Purchasing, Operations and Plant teams in the annual budgeting and planning process.-Prepares budget/forecast and planning by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating product's cost data.-Prepares budget/forecast and planning by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating capex / investments.-Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing monthly closure variances versus Budget and versus Forecast.
Support management to introduce corrective actions.-Provides status of economic and financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting data to the management.-Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, with particular focus on plant kpi's (efficiency, costs, investment) and purchasing kpi's.-Support management to take decision related to new business and new products, customer requirements, simulating estimation of the new product costs.-Support management maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.-Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.-Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors (example: J-SOX)-Support Purchasing Function to make decision of "make or buy".-Support the evolution and optimization of IT system and procedures to be align with the company's business requirements.Requirements of the position:-Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-Managing processes-Auditing, accounting, and corporate finance-A fluent knowledge of financial software (Office, SAP, SAP BPC)-Developing standard costs in SAP-Developing budgets and tracking budget expenses-Analyzing information-Performance management-3-5 years' experience in accounting/finance-Experience in working with multiple legal entities-Experience with financial reporting requirements.Requirements of the person:-Organizational skills and time management skills-precision-ability to prioritize activities-ability to communicate with different functions.Workplace: Veronella (VR).The searches are aimed at candidates of both sexes, law 903/77.Internal applications from the Company will be considered until December, 5th 2024.
